It was reasonably priced. The rooms where comfy and warm, included an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment and satellite television. The stuff was welcoming and around most of the time...

We had a really great stay thanks to hotel's courteous staff. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the venue was close enough to a lovely pub, delicious roast dinner and breakfast, the restaurant and the beach. Also, Greyfriars was situated on the doorstep.

The location is beautiful and stunning, being close to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich Heath, and Dunwich. the standard queen room had a very comfy bed and amenities like an electric kettle, central heating, and iron and ironing board. - the food at the restaurant was outstanding and reasonably priced.
